Indiana Courthouses, Round Two

I have edited a few more courthouses and shot one over the Thanksgiving break.  Here they are...

Steuben County, Angola, IN

Huntington County, Huntington, IN

This beauty is in Warsaw, IN the county seat of Kosciusko County.

Wabash County, Wabash, IN.  Great little downtown in Wabash.  Two cool things here.  First, the courthouse sits on a hill over looking the town...gorgeous when driving in from the south and driving over the Wabash River. Second, as the historical sign states, in 1880, Wabash was the first electrically lighted city in the nation.  MAD PROPS!

I've always found the courthouses of Indiana to be gorgeous.  So, I am attempting to photography all 92.  Although, some counties have consolidated or moved into "better" digs (Indianapolis, Evansville).  Here are a few on a recent roadtrip up north.

I was playing around with some effects and like the subtle look of this.  It's called "underpainting" in Photoshop Elements.  I like the look of a painting but not overdone.  Tell me what you think...

Friends, Nate and Beth, brought their brood of beautiful blondes to our place for a quick photo shoot.  Maggie is barely two weeks old and loved photographing her in the old milk crate!

Spent sometime with Cheyenne, Dario, and Andres at the Ritchey Woods Nature Preserve in Fishers.  Great setting and the subjects made it even better!
